Partnership event to showcase the benefits of employing ex-offenders

Novus is taking part in a unique event at Wembley Stadium on 20 March 2018, to demonstrate the value of recruiting ex-offenders and showcase the real opportunities available to help fill the skills gaps in organisations.
Led by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and their key partners in the collaborative Employer Engagement Partnership Group for London and Thames Valley area, of which Novus is one, the conference will offer advice and showcase success stories. Demonstrations and talks will showcase the benefits of employing ex-offenders and ease of working with prisons. You will also receive advice on setting up academies to train offenders in the skills you need to support your business.
The conference is already proving popular with government ministers and MPs, and places are going fast.
Chris Horton, Novus Director of Operations London said, “We are proud to be hosting this unique conference with the EEPG in the prestigious setting of Wembley Stadium. It offers a great opportunity to develop new partnerships with organisations and support them in fulfilling their skills needs. By working together we can transform the lives of people in custody and equip them with the knowledge and experience they need to succeed in business.”
The spectacular venue of Wembley Stadium will play host to this event on Tuesday 20 March 2018, from 8.15am to 12.15pm. Click here to register your attendance. A full programme of seminars will then be sent to you shortly.
We look forward to seeing you at Wembley!
